Terms of service

These terms cover this website and the hosted SYW Crafty Discord bot and its relay (together, "the service"), run by SYW Apps. The SYW Crafty software itself is free software under the GNU General Public License version 3; that license, not these terms, covers the software.

Using the service

• The service is free. You may use it to connect your own SYW Crafty panel to Discord servers you manage.
• Link only Discord servers where you are allowed to: linking needs Manage Server there.
• You are responsible for your panel and its rules - who your rules let in on your servers, and what your panel does with the data the relay forwards to it.
• Follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines wherever the bot is.

Not allowed

• Overloading, probing or attacking the service, or getting around its limits.
• Using it to reach Discord servers that are not linked to your panel, or to act as another panel.
• Using it to harass people, or for anything unlawful.

We may limit, suspend or remove a panel's access, or remove the bot from a Discord server, when these terms are broken or to protect the service and its users.

No guarantees

The service is provided as it is, without warranties, and may be interrupted, changed or stopped - it is run by a small team for free. Your panel keeps working without it; only the hosted bot's features pause. As far as the law allows, SYW Apps is not liable for losses from using the service or from it being unavailable.

Ending

You can stop using the service at any time: remove the bot from your Discord server, or remove the connection in your panel. Our privacy policy says what is deleted then.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be here, with its date at the top. Continuing to use the service after that means accepting them. Questions: privacy@sywapps.com.
